Implementing the Plan No 2607/KH-UBND dated June August, 2022 by Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee of Bac Giang province on organizing the online contest “Learning and seeking initiatives to improve the investment and business environment of Bac Giang province” in 2022, the People’s Committee of Lang Giang district also issued a correspondence No 1384/UBND-KTHT dated June 16, 2022 to launch the contest to its divisions, agencies and units in the distirct. Accordingly, the online contest will start from 7h00 on August 1, 2022 and end at 17h00 on August 31, 2022.

However, the implementation of the contest in the agencies remains limitations. Particularly, the agencies and units have not effectively directed, urged and mobilized participation of public officials and employees.

In order to actively participate in the contest in the remaining time to reach the targets according to the Plan 2607/KH-UBND, Chairman of the district People’s Committee requested the agencies and units to implement some following contents:

1. The Center of culture, information and sports should collaborate with the Economic and Infrastructure Division, people’s committee of the communes and towns to speed up widely communicating about the contest with various methods including in-person and online methods to the people of all strata in the district so that they can get information and respond to the contest.

2.  Heads of the above agencies and units should popularize and request all public officials and employees to participate in the contest. Each employee of the agencies and units must do at least 3 entries.

3. Chairpersons of the people’s committee of the communes and town should direct their public officials, civil servants and employees to participate in the contests targeting at least 200 entries per each agency/unit.

           4. The Division of Education and Training should direct secondary schools, primary schools and kindergartens under their authority to mobilize teachers and staff to participate in the contest. All of the staff and teachers must participate with at least 3 entries per each person.

         The agencies, units and people’s committee of the communes and towns can access the website to search for related documents related to the contest at the column “Learning and seeking initiatives to improve the investment and business environment of Bac Giang province” at (http://ipcbacgiang.com/ ). Besides, they are required to report on implementation results and revise total participants in the contest and number of entries on August 15, 2022, August 22, 2022 and August 31 2022 (end of the contest) and send the district People’s Committee (via the Economic and Infrastructure Division) for general reports.

5. The Economic and Infrastructure Division is assigned to regularly supervise and boost the agencies and units to participate in the contest and update the number of participants to report Chairman of the district People’s Committee for timely direction.
